| modify the turbos ( clock them or something like that with the housing ) ... I paid for them in November and got them in January. I still haven't received the turbo gaskets or oil lines that I requested. To be fair, Chip seemed straight up and honest everytime that I spoke to him on the phone and was very knowledgeable on turbo designs. Until recently have I had problems getting him to respond to phone calls or emails. If what others are saying is true, I feel fortunate that I received the turbos 2 months after I paid for them. I hope that I don't have any issues with these turbos going forward. Some very reputable people have vouched for the quality of his work - so I think that they will be fine.
